Day 4 summary

More salads! Which also means we are not eating as protein this week, but this lean down may be a good thing. 😉
At this point we are following the exact recipe as demo’d by the chef, practicing techniques and understanding what has worked. Soon we would be coming up with our our menu and recipes, so in the back of my head, I’m starting to keep a running list of what I can attempt to do when I start playing my own creations. The anxiety… But excitement!
